Isolating spark gaps TC 100 A and TC 500 A successfully EAC certified
EAC replaces the old Russian GOST
With the passing of the EAC certificate, our TC 100 A and TC 500 A isolating spark gaps can now also be introduced into the Eurasian Economic Union – EAEU status today: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
The ATEX and EAC certified isolating spark gaps TC 100 A and TC 500 A have been specially developed for use in potentially explosive areas. They are characterized by a particularly high discharge capacity and low response voltage.
Due to the temperature class T4 = 135 °C, the isolating spark gaps are suitable for use in lightning protection equipotential bonding in Ex areas, e.g. B. for insulating flanges of gas pipelines, cathodic corrosion protection (CCP) and the protection of pressure transmitters, ideally suited.
The Ex logo with the identification differs from EAC to ATEX.
